GEDORE sponsors racing team
GEDORE is now also involved in the Nürburgring. As the official sponsor of the team of W&S Motorsport, the traditional Remscheid company is providing important items for the workshop interior and tools.

W&S starts the 2017 season with a new partner
They have completed countless laps of the "Nordschleife" of the Nürburgring in recent years. Whether training or racing, ever since W&S Motorsport was founded in 2010, all through the racing season the two managing directors Patrick Wagner and Daniel Schellhaas have spent their weekends in this "green hell".
The two have been consistently improving their racing skills as well as developing additional services for their company to offer the motor racing industry. As well as driving and supporting racing cars, vehicle bodies and conversions, and building special constructions and prototypes, the team also organises motorsports events on the famous race course in Germany's Eifel region. GEDORE became the official sponsor at the opening of the 2017 season, and now supports this young motorsports specialist with quality tools "Made in Germany".
Endurance championship
The drivers of W&S Motorsport will be taking part in the nine races organised by the organising body of the Endurance Cup Nürburgring (VLN) .
In the VLN, drivers and car, a Porsche Cayman 981, in the near-series class up to 3-litre engines prove themselves on a combination of Grand Prix track and Nordschleife. At over 20 km, the route is one of the longest in the world, and accordingly can take between four and six hours to drive.
GEDORE quality for the fleet
Ensuring the vehicle's full power is on the asphalt with absolute precision calls for regular services, technical expertise and the use of quality tools. GEDORE's support for W&S includes a fully-equipped mobile workbench 1506 XL, screwdriver and socket sets, and all kinds of tools for automotive use.
The racing company's fleet has plenty to offer. During the VLN races, either Daniel Schellhaas or Daniel Blickle is behind the steering wheel of the PORSCHE Cayman 981, which now also boasts the GEDORE logo on its side. 275 hp, 2706 ccm³ cubic capacity and a 6-cylinder Boxer engine power the drivers around the track.
