Whether you are school or university, practical experience is essential if you want to gain an idea of what your chosen profession involved ahead of the reality. And you can only further your theoretical knowledge with specific tasks from the field of activity within a company. It could also be an opportunity to get to know your (possible) future employer up close, as it were.
We offer students support with their Bachelor's thesis, a trainee programme, project work as a working student, work experience in the semester holidays, and a dual course in mechanical engineering.
We are also a participating company in the Bergisches Land Education Award, which is hosted by the Automotive Network, and co-operate with the Ernst Moritz Arnd High School in Remscheid.
