Flaring tools and manual pipe benders

GEDORE presents extended range of flaring tools and manual pipe benders

GEDORE is extending its Mixx & Click range to include eight new sets with flaring tools and manual pipe benders.

Remscheid – The new comprehensive Mixx & Click range for many applications in the area of sanitary/heating/AC as well as automotive comprises eight different sets with flaring tools and manual pipe benders for pipes made of various materials and featuring various strengths and diameters:

  • The boerdex 1101-2333 flaring tool set for cooling systems and refrigeration technology is available in five different compilations for flaring copper and light-alloy pipes of various material hardnesses and diameters. Each of the sets includes a flaring tool made of pressure-cast zinc, steel-clamping jaws, a cone and a 3-35 mm pipe cutter supplied in a GEDORE i-BOXX® 72.

  • The 1101-2340 double flaring tool set is recommended for standard precision flares to DIN 74234 on brake lines, hydraulic pipes or similar with a wall strength of 0.7 to 1.0 mm. It is available in two variants for metric pipes as well as for metric and imperial pipes. Equipment includes a basic frame made of malleable cast iron, steel clamping jaws, a 4-32 mm deburring reamer and an ultra-small 4-16 mm pipe cutter supplied in a GEDORE i-BOXX® 72.

  • Thanks to its freely selectable initial bending ange, the 1100-2431 manual bending tool set facilitates bending soft copper pipes to EN 1037 – even if they feature a fixed jacket – and thin-walled precision steel pipes and pipes made of NE metals. The scope of supply also includes a long ½” reversible ratchet for even easier bending. The set in the GEDORE L-BOXX® 136 comprises a bending lever, five bending formers to 90 degrees for pipes with diameters of 6 to 15 mm and a pipe cutter for diameters of 3 to 35 mm.

  • The 1101-2785 manual bending tool set is suitable for precision steel pipes to EN 1035-3/DIN 2394, hydraulic pipes to EN 1035-1/DIN 2391 with wall strengths of 0.75 to 1.0 mm and bendable stainless steel pipes with wall strengths of 1.0 mm. In the GEDORE i-BOXX® 72, it is now supplied with five instead of four bending formers to 180 degrees made of high-strength aluminium for pipes with diameters of 3 to 10 mm, a pipe cutter for 4 to 16 mm and a deburring reamer for 8 to 35 mm stainless steel pipes.
  •  The 1100-2786 manual bending tool set is suitable for precision steel pipes to EN 10305-3/DIN 2394, hydraulic pipes with wall strengths of 1.0 to 2.0 mm, multi-layer composite pipes to 16 mm and bendable stainless steel pipes with wall strengths of 1.0 to 1.5 mm. Apart from the basic body, the GEDORE L-BOXX® 136 also includes eight instead of six bending formers to 180 degrees for pipes with diameters of 6 to 18 mm, a pipe cutter for 3 to 35 mm and a 3 mm pin punch. The pipe bender can be clamped in a parallel vice or used stationarily with an optional tripod no. 268500.

  • The 1100-2788 manual bending tool set in the L-BOXX® 136 combines the working ranges offered by 1101-2785 and 1101-2786 in a single device. It bends precision steel pipes to EN 10305-3/DIN 2394, hydraulic pipes with wall strengths of 0.75 to 2.0 mm, multi-layer composite pipes to 16 mm and bendable stainless steel pipes with wall strengths of 1.0 to 1.5 mm. The L-BOXX® contains a ½” reversible ratchet, ten bending formers for pipes (3-4, 5, 6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 15, 16, 18 mm), a pipe cutter for 3 to 35 mm and a 3 mm pin punch. Up to pipe diameters of 10 mm, the pipe bender can be clamped into a parallel vice or used as bending pliers; as of 12 mm, it can also be used stationarily with an optional tripod no. 268500.

  •  The 1100-245680 bending tool set features a hydraulic drive. Accordingly, less force is required when bending soft or heat-insulated copper pipes to EN 1037 with diameters of up to 22 mm, multi-layer composite pipes to 20 mm or precision steel pipes with a wall thickness of 18 x 1.5 mm. In the GEDORE L-BOXX® 136, the bending device is supplied with seven bending formers for pipes with diameters of 10 to 22 mm, the corresponding counter-supports, a pipe cutter and a deburring reamer.

  •  The 1100-245681 bending tool set avails of a reinforced hydraulic drive and is suitable for soft or heat-insulated copper pipes to EN 1037 with diameters of up to 22 mm, multi-layer composite pipes to 20 mm, precision steel pipes with a wall thickness of 18 x 1.5 mm and for annealed 18 x 1.2 mm stainless steel pipes. The GEDORE L-BOXX® 136 also includes ten bending formers for pipes with diameters of 6 to 22 mm, the corresponding counter-supports and a 3-35 mm pipe cutter.
